2022 H. Murray Smith Centennial Park Survey

We appreciate you taking the time to complete this survey for H. Murray Smith Centennial Park. Thank you to all who completed the 2021 Centennial Park Survey, which helped shape the concept plan you will be providing feedback on today.

When viewing the plans for H. Murray Smith Centennial Park, you may also want to consider the plans identified in the Jack Purdie Park Project on Talk the Burg. These two parks are less than 0.8 kilometres from one another. To best accommodate our community's greatest needs, we have taken a strategic approach for the location of amenities to ensure we deliver fiscally responsible plans. All concept drawings can be found in the Documents Section of each project page. 

Please ensure every question is filled out as specified if you complete a hard copy of the survey. Incomplete, hard copies of the survey cannot be included in the final tally. 

Your completed hard copies of the survey can be brought to:

• Town Hall, 271 Sandwich Street South or 
• The Libro Centre, 3295 Meloche Road or
• Mailed: Town Hall, 271 Sandwich Street, Amherstburg, ON, N9V 2A5. 

All surveys must be received by Thursday, March 31, 2022.
